Online classes are on Zoom and are available to everyone everywhere.

Offline classes are available at your place or outside (place to be determined together) depending if we are located in the same city – check where is Charlie in Contact.

– The most important would be the mat but if you don’t have it, do it on your carpet !

– Blocks can be useful to help with support but can be replace by books.

– A strap can help deepen the stretch but a scarf or a belt can do the job too.

– Finally a blanket is a good thing to have around to pad your knees or cover yourself while meditating.

You see ? No need of the full gear basic items can make the trick ;).

Missed classes or special events (except retreats) are credited when you want if Yogi-C is informed at least 48 hours in advance.

It depends, pick the length that matches your schedule the best ! In 1:1 and 1:2 you can pick between 30mn and 60mn. For the Private + class it would be 45mn.

The more you’ll practice, the more results you will get ! You don’t always need a 1 hour session to feel the benefits. Even if you take 10/15 minutes to stretch every morning you will feel the change in your body. A longer class that is custom made though can help you discover the movements that feels good to you and that you need.
